Your application is not complete unless it includes the following documents. Please go to the following link and ensure you have read and provided all the necessary documentation.

Proof of Military Service:

ACTIVE DUTY/GUARD/RESERVE:
- Please submit Active Duty Character Reference
- Photo ID or Drivers License (Do not copy Military ID)
- Military orders i.e. PCS, Activation, Appointment (no older than 180 days)

HONORABLY DISCHARGED APPLICANTS:
- Photo ID or Drivers License AND one of the following as proof of your military service:
- DD214 /NGB22 (conceal SSN/Benefits Number prior to submitting) or Military Discharge Certificate

PLEASE CONCEAL SSN ON ALL DOCUMENTS!!

One page paper detailing how you intend to help accomplish Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority's Mission: Honoring our Past, Uniting our Present & Mentoring our Future ***1 Page Limit****

Character Reference Form (Active Duty & Soror/Frater if applicable)

Signature on Non-hazing & Privacy Policy
